Ronald has more than 40 years experience in residential and commercial construction. He knew this was his passion at the age of 18. With his ambition and drive for excellence, he knew he would own his own company one day. In 1998, at the age of 39, he gained his General Contractors License and officially opened the doors to R&M Construction. He and his wife, Melanie, have dedicated their lives to their company and strives to make R&M one of the leading small construction companies in Louisiana.
