John Ralston has extensive experience in business leadership and consulting across various industries. Previously, Ralston held the position of President at Neshaminy Transformer Corporation, transitioning the business from manufacturing to consultancy after selling primary operations. Additional roles include President at SL Waber, Inc. overseeing a $25 million manufacturing operation, Vice President of Marketing at SGL Industries, Inc., and Director of Market Development at Howe Richardson Scale Company. Ralston began their career as Engineering Manager at Leeds & Northrup Company after earning a BE in Electrical Engineering from Yale University.
