Agnes Stevens

Vice President, Client Strategy and Service at RLF Communications

Agnes Stevens has a long and varied career in public relations. Agnes began their career in 1982 as a Reporter for the Dunn Daily Record. In 1983, they moved to the Wilson Daily Times as a News Editor/Reporter. In 1986, they joined First Union (now Wells Fargo) as Vice President Corporate Communications, and held the same role at Wachovia (former First Union). In 2000, they joined Capstrat as an Account Director. From 2006 to 2009, they were the Owner of Stevens Public Relations. From 2009 to 2021, they held various roles at the NC ABC Commission, including Special Services Director, Administrator, Deputy Director, and Public Affairs Director. In 2021, they joined RLF Communications as Vice President, Client Strategy and Service. In this role, they develop and leads comprehensive public relations campaigns for RLF Communications clients based across the United States.

Agnes Stevens attended St Mary’s University, Twickenham from 1978 to 1980, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts. Agnes then attended Davidson College from 1980 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
