Timothy Cheng has a diverse range of work experience spanning across multiple companies. Timothy started their career in 2005 as a Customer Service Representative and Accounts Receivable Clerk at Business Information Group. In 2007, they moved on to Ganz as an Order Control Assistant before joining Jonas Software as a Customer Support Analyst and later as a Club Support Triage staff. From 2011 to 2013, Timothy worked as a Senior Support Analyst at Wave HQ. In 2013, they joined Cetaris as a Customer Support Analyst. Timothy then moved to RLDatix in 2014, where they held several roles including Customer Success Manager and Success Manager. Timothy'sresponsibilities at RLDatix involved project management, software optimization, consulting services, and client relationship management. Timothy currently works as a Success Plan Manager & Team Lead at RLDatix since May 2021. Timothy has also been an Annual User Group Presenter and is considered an RL6 Product Expert.
Timothy Cheng holds a B.A. degree in Economics & Statistics from York University. In 2012, they completed a course in Payroll, specifically Learning Payroll 1, from the Canadian Payroll Association.
