Jessica Baumann has extensive experience in environmental health and safety management, currently serving as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at R & L Spring Company since July 2017. Prior to this role, Jessica held positions as Project Manager/Safety Manager at Althoff Industries, where responsibilities included preparing safety materials and managing infrastructure project installations in various sectors, including food manufacturing and government facilities. Jessica's earlier career included roles in customer service and internships, alongside a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and training from the Mechanical Contractors Association.
