Tracy Crites is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and engineering. Currently serving as On-Site IT Support for Honeywell/NOVAR at RL Canning since June 2013, Tracy provides hands-on support for various computing and storage systems. As a Freelance IT Support Specialist since January 2012, Tracy offers expertise in desktop and laptop support, along with pre-purchase consulting. Previous experience includes a long tenure at NASA Glenn Research Center from August 1989 to January 2012, where Tracy was responsible for troubleshooting and repairing computers and network issues in a Windows environment. Tracy's career began in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included leading a team in the installation and maintenance of communication and cryptographic equipment. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science in Electronics Technology and a Technical Diploma in Mechanical Drafting and CAD.
