Nick Smith is an adjunct professor in the Business Department at Los Angeles Valley College since September 2016 and has been an associate specializing in commercial real estate investment sales at RKF since March 2016, focusing on value-add retail and mixed-use projects in Southern California. Additionally, Nick serves as a volunteer board member for The Little Spoon Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to supporting food-insecure children. Nick's previous experience includes working as an acquisition analyst for a private real estate trust, where responsibilities encompassed underwriting investment opportunities and performing market research, as well as an internship with MetLife as a new business analyst and a role as a personal banker at Wells Fargo. Nick holds an MBA in Finance from California Lutheran University and a B.A. in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Southern California.
