April Zozzaro, CPA, serves as the Managing Partner and Head of Consulting at R&K Partners since March 2022, specializing in helping companies secure funding through various tax credits and incentives across sectors such as Crypto, Blockchain, GreenTech, AI, FinTech, and BioTech. As an Advisory Board Member for the Blockchain Chamber of Commerce since January 2022, April contributes expertise in the rapidly evolving blockchain industry. Previous experience includes a progression of roles at Deloitte from Intern to Tax Manager between October 2014 and August 2021, along with early internships at The Roche Miseo Group, LLC, and Proactive Investors. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Accounting from Montclair State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
