Wengang Michael Zhang PE PTOE is an experienced project manager and senior project engineer with a comprehensive background in traffic and transportation engineering, roadway design, and stormwater management. Currently serving at RJM Engineering, Inc. since May 2016, Wengang has managed multi-scale projects while overseeing budgets and schedules. Previous positions include senior engineer roles at Precision Systems, Inc. and Prime Engineering, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed public petition assistance, traffic operation studies, and design for various infrastructure projects. Wengang's academic credentials include a Master of Civil Engineering from The Catholic University of America and two degrees from Tongji University—master's in Transportation and bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
