Doug MacDonald possesses extensive experience in software engineering and development, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at RJG, Inc. since April 2016, where previous roles included Engineering Manager and Software Engineer Team Lead. Prior to RJG, MacDonald worked at Envoy Platform as a Web Developer and led a software development team at SolidCircle, focusing on custom software application implementations. MacDonald began a career in development as a .NET Developer Intern and later as a Software Developer/Business Analyst. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Grand Valley State University, earned from 2010 to 2014, and a high school diploma from West Ottawa High School, obtained from 2006 to 2010.
