Rachel Wooten is a Product Manager with expertise in the AgentDealer/Salesforce system at RJ Young. Prior to their current role, Rachel served as a Systems Engineer specializing in software support and implementation at the same company. Rachel's diverse experience also includes roles as a CRM Administrator, IT Analyst, Imageworks Analyst, and Billing Specialist. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and an Associate's degree in Psychology and Business from Volunteer State Community College.
