Sarah Al Owain has extensive work experience in the financial and real estate sectors. Sarah currently holds the position of Head of Real Estate Fund Management at Riyad Capital since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Associate and Senior Manager in the same company, specializing in real estate fund management from 2019 to 2021.

Before joining Riyad Capital, Sarah Al Owain worked as a Financial Sector Development Program Senior Specialist at the Saudi Stock Exchange (TADAWUL) from 2018 to 2019. Sarah also had a role as an Implementation Support Office (ISO) Associate at the Ministry of Economy and Planning from 2017 to 2018, where they supported financial services programs and facilitated private sector listings on the local stock exchange.

Additionally, Sarah Al Owain had a secondment at the Financial Sector Development Program (FSDP) under the Ministry of Finance in 2018. Sarah started their career at the Capital Market Authority, where they held various roles, including an Authorization Officer from 2011 to 2014. Earlier in their career, they gained valuable experience as a Coop Trainee in consulting management, IT governance, media, marketing, and investor awareness at the same organization.

Sarah Al Owain's work experience demonstrates their expertise in financial sector development, real estate fund management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management.

Sarah Al Owain began their education at Prince Sultan University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from 2005 to 2011. Sarah furthered their education by attending King Saud University College of Business Administration, where they completed a Master of Science degree in Finance from 2015 to 2017.

In addition to their academic achievements, Sarah Al Owain has obtained several certifications. Sarah received the General Securities Qualification (CME1) from the Capital Market Authority in October 2018. Recently, in March 2021, they earned the International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI). Sarah has also acquired certifications from Toastmasters International, including the Advanced Leader Bronze (ALB) as well as the Competent Communicator (CC) and Competent Leader (CL). Furthermore, Sarah has completed the International Introduction to Investment course offered by the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and studied Private Equity and Venture Capital at Università Bocconi.
