Tufail Yousuf is an experienced IT professional with a focus on technical support and management. Tufail currently serves as the Information Technology Lead at Riyad Bank, where they lead a team of 10 engineers and provides support to end-users. Prior to Riyad Bank, Tufail worked at Tata Consultancy Services as an IT Executive, managing technical deskside support for the Landmark Group Project. Tufail also has experience at 3i Infotech Ltd. as a Senior Engineer, where they managed IT deskside service requests and maintained company portals. At Accel Frontline Global IT Services, Tufail worked as a Senior Engineer, providing IT assistance and support to end-users, and at CMS Computers Limited, they served as a Senior Helpdesk Executive, resolving technical hardware and software issues for clients.

Tufail Yousuf has a diverse education background in the field of information technology. Tufail obtained a High School Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering from J&K Board of Technical Education in 2001-2004. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in IT from Sikkim Manipal University from 2008-2011. Tufail furthered their education by completing a Master's degree in IT from Sikkim Manipal University from 2011-2013.

In addition to their formal education, Tufail Yousuf has also obtained several certifications. Tufail became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate in August 2023.
