Jerry Stultz has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Jerry started their career as a Senior Program Manager at TRW Aeronautical Systems in 1999. Jerry then became the Director of Site Program Management, responsible for supervising project managers and implementing best practices in new product development at TRW Aeronautical Systems. In 2002, they joined Smiths Aerospace as a Program Director, leading a start-up aerial refueling systems business and overseeing program management and operations. Jerry later joined Goodrich Corporation as the Director of Customer Support and then became the GM (Value Stream Leader) of an aerospace business unit, where they had full P/L responsibility and utilized strategic portfolio management and Lean/Six Sigma tools to achieve growth and operational gains. Jerry also worked as an Applications Engineer at McCrometer Incorporated, where they led the generation of optimized designs for fluid flow measurement solutions. Currently, they hold the roles of Director of Operations and Chief Operations Officer at Rix Industries, where they oversee operations and leads a market integrated team.
Jerry Stultz attended Hood College from 1994 to 1996, where they studied Business Administration. Prior to that, they attended Virginia Tech from 1983 to 1984, focusing on Technical Management and Operations Research. Jerry'sundergraduate studies were completed at the University of Maryland from 1978 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
