Alexander Miller, EIT, is a Staff Engineer at RIX Industries since August 2017, focusing on standardizing commercial products to enhance manufacturability and ensure compliance with AS-9100 quality standards. Prior experience includes a commercial engineering internship at RIX Industries where product testing and improvement of the Microboost compressor were key achievements. Alexander also served as head of the steering system for the Cal Poly SAE Mini Baja team, leading the design of a custom steering system and managing team operations. Additionally, an electrical engineering internship at Cosmed USA Inc involved diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning equipment. Alexander holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and an Associate's Degree from Solano Community College.
