Manon van Rumpt has extensive experience in social work and support roles, currently serving as a Coordinating Mobile Support Worker at Riwis Zorg & Welzijn since December 2019. Previously, Manon worked at JP van den Bentstichting from February 2011 to December 2019 in various capacities, including Mobile Support Worker and Personal Support Worker in both residential and training settings for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Earlier experience includes supporting children in a family living environment with special needs at DeSeizoenen B.V. and assisting young adults in a training house at Parc Spelderholt. Additionally, Manon volunteered for two months in Tanzania, working with children with physical and intellectual disabilities. Manon holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Windesheim and further education from ROC Aventus.
