Houkelien Maatman has extensive experience in community services, currently serving as a Wijkconsulent at Sité Woondiensten since June 2021 and as a Vertrouwenspersoon for Voedselbank Arnhem since August 2020. Maatman has been involved with Riwis Zorg & Welzijn as an Extern cliënt vertrouwenspersoon since August 2018 and previously coordinated buurtbemiddeling at Buurtpleinbv from April 2018 to June 2021. Maatman's earlier roles include wijkregisseur at Gemeente Doetinchem and multiple positions at IJsselkring from November 2007 to January 2015.
