Lindsay Brocki currently serves as an Associate in the Corporate/M&A Practice Group at Rivkin Radler LLP, a position held since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Assistant to Professor Lindsay Nash and various legal internships at Cardozo School of Law, including the Kathryn O. Greenberg Immigration Justice Clinic. Lindsay also contributed as Managing Editor for the Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice, and held a Summer Law Clerk position at Rivkin Radler LLP in mid-2022. Previous judicial internship experience includes work at the U.S. District Courts, while earlier professional roles include legal assistant positions at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and BPMW Agency. Lindsay earned a Juris Doctor from Cardozo School of Law and a degree in Global Studies with a focus on Political Science and Government from Loyola University Maryland. Additional educational experience includes studies at The American University of Paris and Villa Walsh Academy.
