Dr. Karolis Šimanskis is an accomplished legal expert currently serving as an Expert and Senior Associate at Ellex – Baltic circle of legal excellence since November 2022. Prior to this role, Dr. Šimanskis was a Public Servant at the Supreme Court of Lithuania from March 2008 to November 2022. Dr. Šimanskis holds a Doctor of Law degree in Civil Law from Mykolas Romeris University and multiple Master of Laws degrees in Civil Law and EU Law from both Mykolas Romeris University and Université Paul Cézanne, alongside a Bachelor of Laws degree in Law.
