Chris Graber is an accomplished leader in facility construction and development with extensive experience in the automotive and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Principal of New Program Development at Rivian since July 2019, Chris leads the execution of facilities construction, encompassing production, workplace, and commercial projects. Prior roles include Director of Development for a Los Angeles-based real estate start-up and several leadership positions at Tesla, including Design-Build Senior Manager and Construction Senior Manager for Global Workplace. Chris's background also includes a tenure as Project Director at C.W. Driver, managing significant project teams, and experience as Project Manager at Integrated Design Build (Singapore) Pte Ltd. Chris began a career in construction as a Project Engineer at Kajima. Chris holds a degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
