Robert H. O'Neal, LPC, LMFT, is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as the Head of the Substance Abuse Outpatient Department at Carrollton Spring Psychiatric Hospital since September 2012, where therapeutic and clinical services are provided to patients with substance abuse issues. Additionally, Robert O'Neal has been an Outpatient Therapist at LoneStar Solutions since August 2012, specializing in therapeutic services for foster families. As the Executive Director and Administrator of Kids Can Fly Foundation and Riverson House since May 2011, Robert O'Neal oversees operations and programs. Previously, Robert O'Neal was the Administrator at Juliette Fowler Homes, Inc. in Children Youth & Family Services from June 1999 to March 2009. Robert O'Neal holds a Master's degree in Educational Psychology/Counseling from Texas Christian University.
