Carsten Swift's work experience includes various roles in the real estate industry, spanning from 1998 to the present. Carsten is currently the Sales Director at Riverstone, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, Carsten worked as a Client advisor - Manager at Riverstone from March 2020 to March 2021. Before joining Riverstone, Carsten served as an Associate Partner at Knight Frank from April 2014 to March 2020. Carsten also founded their own company, Carsten Swift, in 2010, where they provided residential development, property buying advisory services, and relocation services until 2014. Carsten began their career as an Associate at Hamptons International from January 2005 to January 2010, after working as a Marketing Coordinator at LINK TELECOM (NZ) LIMITED in 2004. Carsten started their professional journey as a Graduate at Hamptons International in November 1998, specializing in residential development consultancy and residential sales and marketing, until December 2003.

Carsten Swift attended Harrow School from 1988 to 1993. Carsten then studied at the University of Bristol from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Sociology.
