Ruth Peralta is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in health services administration and medical records technology. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at RiverSpring Living since February 2017, Ruth manages compliance for a diverse team of home health aides, registered nurses, social workers, and office staff, while also assisting in recruitment efforts. Prior roles at RiverSpring Living include Senior Human Resources Assistant and Human Resources Assistant.
