Tyler Thompson started their work experience in 2015 as a Stream Associate at Ignite Powered by Stream Energy. In 2015, they also worked as a Marketing Account Executive at Bench Craft Company. In 2016, Tyler joined Save Black Boys as a Chapter V.P., where they focused on providing positive male role models for young black men through mentorship and sports programs. In 2018, they worked as a Sales Consultant at Riverside Payments. Since 2019, Tyler has been self-employed as a Business Development Manager.

Tyler Thompson attended Oklahoma State University from 2003 to 2005. During this time, they focused on studying Business Administration and Management, with a general concentration. It is worth noting that there is no information regarding the completion of a specific degree during this period.
