Tech Support Specialist at Riverside Insights

Katrina Somers has worked in various roles and industries throughout their career. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Development Assistant for Suncoast Hospice, where they provided executive level administrative support. In 2012, they became a Human Resources Outsourcing Call Center Representative at Ceridian, assisting with payroll and time and attendance inquiries. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as an Office Administrator for the Florida Council on Economic Education, providing administrative support to the Executive Director and Vice President. Katrina then held roles as both an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist for CSC Properties and Ciminelli Real Estate Services of Florida from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Customer Service and Tech Support Representative for 24-7 Intouch, handling inbound calls for multiple clients. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Patient Service Representative for TriWest Healthcare Alliance, assisting with community health care appointment scheduling for Veterans. Most recently, they worked as a Support Services Specialist for ASF Payment Solutions from 2020 to 2022, providing members and clients with guidance on how to best use their products/software. Currently, they are working as a Tech Support Specialist at Riverside Insights.

Katrina Somers attended Chenango Valley Jr.-Sr. High School in Binghamton, NY from 1988 to 1994, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Katrina then went on to attend Elmira College in 1994-1995, but they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this period.
