Daneille M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Daneille worked as a Clinical Recruiter at Riverside Insights, where they administered and assessed various studies, recruited representative users for assessment, and communicated insights to the Clinical Development team. Prior to that, they were the Founder & Creative Director at Lonéz Scents, where they established wholesale and brand partnerships, implemented creative projects, managed the customer ecosystem of the website, and executed various projects. Daneille also worked at The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD as part of the Utilization Management team, where they were responsible for coordinating appropriate services, developing recovery plans, and managing insurance reimbursements. In addition, they worked as a Lead Supervisor at Fulshear Treatment to Transition, where they supervised a team, created communication and organizational systems, and streamlined reporting data. Daneille also gained experience as an Assembly Specialist at Rifle Paper Co. and as a Research Assistant at Minds in Technology/Machines in Thought (MIT2) UCF, where they assisted with research, developed and administered assessments, and analyzed data.
Daneille M. holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. In May 2020, they completed the "Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design" course offered by Coursera. In June 2021, they acquired the certification for "Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate" from Coursera. In July 2021, they obtained another certification, "Build Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes," also from Coursera. Most recently, in August 2022, Daneille gained the certification in "UX Deep Dive: Analyzing Data" from LinkedIn.
