Aaron Holmes is an experienced plant process operator currently overseeing the production of waste-derived fuel at RiverRidge since March 2018. This role involves staff supervision, laboratory sampling, compliance with customer fuel requirements, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Previously, Aaron served as an automotive technician and heavy goods vehicle specialist at Kerrs Tyres, where responsibilities included the repair and maintenance of various vehicles and equipment. Earlier experience includes maintaining and repairing quarry plants as a quarry plant fitter at BlackHill Aggregates, sales of parts at TBF Thompson, and commercial tyre sales at Charles Hurst Group Ltd. Aaron holds a BTEC in Mechanical Engineering from Causeway Institute of Further and Higher Education and completed A Level qualifications at Coleraine Academical Institution.
