Michael Love is a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in process development and equipment management. Currently serving as Manufacturing Engineer II at Riverpoint Medical, Michael is responsible for recipe development, data tracking, and troubleshooting of advanced automated equipment. This role includes overseeing initial setup and line transfers to the Costa Rica facility, as well as collaborating with the NPI team on new product transitions. Prior to this, Michael worked at WaveForm Technologies as a Manufacturing Process Engineer, focusing on process improvements and team management, and held positions at Lam Research and Specialty Analytical as a Test Technician and Analytical Chemist, respectively. Michael holds a Bootcamp Certification in Data Analytics from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Portland State University.
