Kelly Whitson has an extensive work experience history. Kelly started their career at Taco Bell, where they worked as a Team Member from March 2007 to January 2012. Kelly then interned at Vargo Golf Company as an Accounting Intern from April 2012 to October 2012. Later, they joined Skillman Group, PLC as a Tax Intern from February 2012 to December 2012 and transitioned into a role as a Staff Accountant from January 2013 to April 2015.

In 2015, Kelly joined EY as an Assurance Staff and worked there until September 2020. During their time at EY, they were promoted to Assurance Senior in October 2017 and eventually became an Assurance Manager in October 2020.

Currently, Kelly is employed at Riveron as a Manager in the Accounting Advisory division since May 2021. In January 2023, they were promoted to Associate Director, Accounting Advisory.

Kelly Whitson has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accounting from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Oakland University. Kelly also holds a CPA certification obtained in November 2017 from the State of Illinois.
