Jeff Bernstein has over 30 years of experience advising and investing in private and newly public companies across various sectors. Jeff has held roles such as Senior Managing Director at Riveron, where they advise companies on transitioning from private to public and follow-on monetizations. Jeff was also the Head of Technology Capital Markets Advisory at ICR and the Founder of Wayfare Capital Partners, where they worked with companies to optimize capital raising strategies. Jeff has also served on the Board of Directors for Cyc Fitness and Marquis Jet. Jeff has a background in finance, including positions as a Portfolio Manager/Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner at Long/Short Equity and Keel Capital Management LLC, respectively. Prior to that, they worked at Goldman Sachs as a Managing Director.

Jeff Bernstein received their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Cornell University in 1983. Jeff later pursued a Master of Science degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, which they completed in 1985.
