Michael Zaleski serves as the President and CEO of Riverfront Recapture, Inc. since June 2015, following a tenure as Executive Director of the Hartford Business Improvement District from January 2007 to June 2015. Michael Zaleski holds a Master of Public Affairs (MPA) from the University of Connecticut, obtained between 1994 and 1996, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Providence College, completed from 1989 to 1993.
