Marcin Zielinski possesses extensive experience in management and consultancy roles within various industries. Currently serving as Production Team Manager and formerly as Production Team Leader at Riverford Organic Farmers since March 2021, Marcin has demonstrated leadership skills in production settings. Prior to this, Marcin co-owned Firstlink Training, a training company based in Peterborough, from January 2016 to December 2021. Previous roles include Contract Manager at Red Rock Partnership Ltd (May 2019 - March 2021), Employment Consultant at Seetec (February 2017 - May 2019), and Recruitment Consultant at D&A Recruitment (November 2014 - December 2015). Marcin also served as an Employment Consultant at Seetec (February 2013 - November 2014) and as Contract Support at Red Rock Partnership Ltd (February 2010 - August 2012). Education was completed at zsp im Kazimierza Wielkiego Jaworzno, Poland, from 2001 to 2005.
