Maria Crenshaw, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management and IT project management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Riverbed Technology since March 2013, Maria focuses on developing customer relationships, enhancing software solution adoption, and improving the overall customer experience through collaboration with various departments. Prior roles at Riverbed include Customer Success Manager and Senior IT Project Manager, where Maria demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple projects and fostering customer satisfaction.
