Mark Felton, MA, currently serves as an Aftercare Case Manager at River Region Human Services, Inc., where responsibilities include case management for ex-offenders from the JSO Matrix Program. Prior experience encompasses roles as an Operations Tech at Bridges of Jacksonville, supervising re-entry plans for inmates, and as a Medical Corrections Officer with the Department of Corrections, responsible for escorting inmates for medical procedures and leading quality control initiatives. Additionally, Mark held the position of Corrections Officer, providing care and security within Florida's prison system, and served as a Case Manager/Peer Counselor for youth. Mark holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Management.
