Sofia Hernandez currently serves as a Community Liaison in two positions, at East Houston Hospital & Clinics and River Oaks Hospital & Clinics, while also working as an Education Specialist at the Houston Area Urban League. With a strong background in curriculum design, staff management, and program coordination, Sofia has demonstrated expertise in developing educational programs and fostering community partnerships. Previous roles include Academic Tutor, Account Executive and Corporate Trainer, and bilingual teaching positions in the Austin and Brazosport Independent School Districts. Sofia holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Learning and Development with a focus on Bilingual and Multilingual Education from The University of Texas at Austin.
