Cynthia Lee, MBA, CRCST, CHL, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at River Landing at Sandy Ridge since December 2022. Previously, Cynthia held various positions at Cone Health from 2001 to November 2022, including Systemwide Director and Assistant Director. From 2009 to 2013, Cynthia was the Director for the K-5th grade program at The Summit Church and worked as a Surgical Technology Instructor at Guilford Technical Community College from 2004 to 2009. Cynthia began a career as a Certified Surgical Technologist specializing in open heart procedures at Cone Health from 2001 to 2008. Cynthia obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Ashford University.
