Shalom Clements has been with River Island since 1997, starting on the sales floor and progressing through various roles, including Auditor from 1998 to 2006 and Loss Prevention. From 2006 to June 2011, Shalom held the position of Refit Manager, responsible for opening new stores in Ireland, Holland, and Belgium. Since June 2011, Shalom has served as Fire, Health and Safety Business Partner, Manager, and Advisor, demonstrating extensive expertise in safety management. Educational background includes training from BEMAC Training Ltd in 2016 and studies at Northern Regional College from 2011 to 2012, along with foundational education at Glengormley High School.
