Janine Jenkinson (FCIPD) has over 20 years of work experience in the HR industry. Janine Jenkinson (FCIPD) obtained their BSc in Technology and Business Management from the University of Bradford, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended St Edmunds School in Canterbury from 1986 to 1993. Janine also holds additional certifications, including being a Chartered Fellow FCIPD, which they obtained in August 2022 from the CIPD. Janine obtained their Certified Workplace Mediator certification from Acas in January 2019 and their Certificate in Workplace Coaching from ILM in October 2017. In December 2016, they became a Fellow (FIRP) at the Institute of Recruitment Professionals. Furthermore, Janine completed PRINCE2\u00ae Foundation Certification Training at the Knowledge Academy in January 2016.
