Emma Smith is an experienced retail professional with a substantial background in store management and leadership. Currently serving as Store Lead at River Island's Festival Park location since October 2017, Emma has consistently delivered exceptional results, contributing to the store being recognized as a top 10 national performer from 2020 to 2022 and earning the title of People Champion. Prior experience includes roles as Shop Manager at White Stuff and various managerial positions at River Island, including Mega Flagship Brand Manager, Commercial Manager, Sales Manager, and Product Manager. Emma's education includes attendance at South Cheshire College from 2004 to 2006 and Shavington High School from 1999 to 2004.
