Courtney Davis, CHIA has a strong background in revenue and reservations management. Courtney started their career as a Reservations Manager at Wickaninnish Inn in 2007 and worked there until 2009. Following that, they became a Revenue Manager at Nita Lake Lodge from 2010 to 2011. From 2012 to 2017, Courtney worked at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts as part of the Revenue and Reservations Management team. Most recently, they have been serving as the Director of Hotel Revenue at River Cree Resort & Casino since 2018.

Courtney Davis obtained a Professional Development Certificate in Business Analysis from MacEwan University in 2017-2018. In 2011, Courtney obtained a Hotel Revenue Management Certificate from Cornell University in the field of Hospitality Administration/Management. Additionally, Courtney achieved an Executive Hotel Management Diploma with Honors, specializing in Rooms Division, from the Imperial Hotel Management College in an unspecified start year but ending in 2006. Courtney also holds additional certifications, including a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) from the American Hotel & Lodging Association in July 2023 and a Cert Prep: Word 2013 Microsoft Office Expert Part One (77-425) from LinkedIn in April 2018.
