Taylor Ost-Ousley has over a decade of progressively responsible experience in the banking industry. Starting in 2011 at Commerce Bank, they held various roles such as Commercial Customer Support Analyst, Treasury Sales Associate, and Healthcare Payments Consultant. In 2017, they joined Sunflower Bank as Vice President of Healthcare Treasury Management. Taylor then moved to PNC in 2021 as VP, Senior Healthcare Relationship Manager before transitioning to River City Bank in 2023 as VP, Cash Management Sales Officer. Their roles focused on treasury management, healthcare relationship management, and sales within the banking sector.

Taylor Ost-Ousley attended the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Finance with a focus on Banking. In 2015, Taylor also earned the Certified Revenue Cycle Representative certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
