Luke Fisher has extensive work experience in various industries. Luke currently holds the position of Director & Head of Isle of Man Operations at Rivalry.com since November 2022. Previously, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Capital International Group from April 2021 to November 2022. Before that, Luke was the Governance Manager at Amber Gaming from March 2020 to April 2021. Luke also served as the Gaming Operations Manager at SMP Partners Ltd from March 2018 to April 2021. At SMP Partners Ltd, they also held the role of Senior eGaming Administrator from September 2013 to March 2018, where they handled regulatory compliance and coordination of quarterly regulatory returns for gambling commissions. Luke's earlier experiences include positions such as Personal Portfolios Administrator at Hansard International, Barman at Crosby Pub, Volunteer at Sheffield United PLC, and Sports Development Assistant at Sheffield Hallam University. Luke also briefly worked as a Printing Services Customer Services representative in the Corporate Strategy Division of the Isle of Man Government Treasury.

Luke Fisher attended St Ninians High School, IOM from 2001 to 2008, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during this time. Later, from 2008 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Business Management from Sheffield Hallam University. Additionally, they obtained the Level 4 Certificate in International Finance and Administration from ICSA: The Governance Institute in November 2015 and the 1st4Sport Level 1 Award in Coaching Football from the Football Association in March 2013.
