William Weiser's work experience includes founding Boyz II Work in 2020, interning at Leverage Agency from July 2022 to August 2022, working as a campus representative for Out2Win Sports starting in October 2022, and serving as an analyst and project manager at Michigan Sport Consulting Group from January 2022 to present. William is set to start as a business development associate at Rival in June 2023.

William Weiser attended Brunswick School from 2017 to 2021. William then attended the University of Michigan from 2021 to 2025, where they pursued a major in Sports Management and a minor in Real Estate Development.
