Currently working as a Senior Solution Engineer at SilkRoad, Bill is responsible for providing technical support and preparing custom solutions for clients. With previous roles at First Midwest Bank and Blockbuster Entertainment, Bill has demonstrated their expertise in identifying training needs and developing effective training programs. Their educational background includes a BA in Criminal Justice from Indiana University Bloomington and a Secondary Teaching Degree in Communications from North Central College.
