Karla Saravia Souder is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a strong background in digital marketing. Currently serving as Communications Manager at RIVA Solutions, Inc. since January 2021, Karla previously held roles as Marketing Manager at Westfield and Digital Marketing Manager at the Conference and Visitors Bureau of Montgomery County, Maryland, where significant achievements included receiving the New Professional of the Year Award from the Maryland Tourism Coalition in 2015. Karla has also been a panelist at notable industry events and contributed to award-winning digital campaigns. Educationally, Karla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Spanish from McDaniel College and has completed an intensive Spanish course at Universidad de Salamanca.
