Joseph Notarangelo has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Joseph is currently the Director of Contract Vehicles and Partner Management at RIVA Solutions, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for managing RIVA's prime and sub GWAC and IDIQ vehicles, acting as the company POC for NITAAC office, and leading capture management for GWAC pursuits. Prior to this, they worked at VAE, Inc. as a Capture Manager and IDIQ/Acquisition Manager, where they managed a DoD IDIQ vehicle and communicated with subcontractors. Joseph also has experience at TEKsystems, where they worked as a Delivery Manager, Account Manager, Account Recruiting Manager, and Technical Recruiter, contributing to customer service, sales, and IT staffing.

Joseph Notarangelo attended Bergen Catholic High School from 2002 to 2006. Joseph then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at James Madison University from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, in 2008, they briefly studied at Universidad de Alcalá.
