Gurpreet Sehra has over a decade of experience in the IT field, currently serving as Product Owner and Riva Cloud - Operations Team Lead at Riva International, Inc. since November 2013. In this role, Gurpreet provides high-level support for the Tier 1/2 team and the Client Engagement Team, manages the setup and deployment of Riva Cloud accounts, and oversees internal projects while ensuring proactive support. Prior experience includes positions as a Field Technician at CompuVision Systems and a Help Desk and Field Technician at Keeran Systems, where Gurpreet provided on-site and remote support for various technologies. Gurpreet holds an ITSM Diploma in Information Technology from Grant MacEwan.
