Leon Willms is an experienced professional with a background in organizational and social psychology, holding a Master of Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science. Currently serving as an Associate at ritzenhoefer & company since January 2024, Leon previously co-founded the Human Culture Academy, overseeing daily operations and the development of online courses from April 2021 to January 2024. Earlier experience includes a role as a Pedagogic Assistant at Diakoniewerk, focusing on inclusion for individuals with disabilities, and working as a Commercial Employee at Hass+Hatje GmbH, engaging in business management and project-based tasks.
