Marie Le Roy has a diverse work experience in roles related to digital marketing, CRM, and brand development. Marie has worked as a Digital, Marketing, and CRM Director at Ritz Paris since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Digital, Marketing, and CRM Director for Europe at L’OCCITANE Group from 2019 to 2022, where they focused on optimizing the omnichannel journey and brand content across 18 countries and 600 points of sale. Marie also held the position of Marketing Director Europe at L’OCCITANE Group from 2019 to 2020.
Before joining L’OCCITANE Group, Marie Le Roy co-founded and worked as the Marketing and Digital Director at MyRoomIn, a hotel room reservation platform that combined the strategies of the sharing economy with prestige hotels. Marie co-founded and served as the Marketing Director at Rayon de Culture in 2013.
Marie Le Roy's career started at La FĂ©e Clochette, where they were the CEO and founder of a textile brand for children from 2006 to 2013. Marie managed the creation, design, and marketing development of two collections per year, while also overseeing the distribution through BtoC and BtoB channels.
Marie Le Roy began their career at L'Oréal and held several roles, including Key Account Manager, Director of Global Product Development Marketing, and Area Manager for Travel Retail Europe. In their role as Area Manager, they focused on establishing and managing brands across 17 countries, with a particular focus on brand development, negotiation with global operators, and overseeing promotional strategies.
Marie Le Roy participated in an Executive Education Program in Leadership & Management at Sciences Po in the year 2023. Prior to this, they have completed a DEA (master 2) degree in Marketing et Stratégie at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
