Erika Schmid is currently serving as a Business Application Specialist at Rittmeyer AG since August 2012, where responsibilities include managing applications for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft Power BI, as well as providing support in incident, problem, change, and requirement management. Erika has led various release projects within ERP and CRM applications. Previous experience includes roles as ERP Support and Export Clerk at bildxzug from August 2009 to August 2012, and an educational background featuring a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, along with multiple Certificates of Advanced Studies in Digital Transformation and Change Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW. Additional qualifications include a degree as an Export Clerk and completion of a commercial apprenticeship.
